CDBS (Child Dental Benefit Schedule)
Your child may be eligible for $1013 over a two-year period for basic dental services.
To be eligible your child must be between the ages of 2-17 years, and you must receive at least one government benefit such as Family Tax A. If you’re unsure if you’re eligible or not, you can easily check this through Medicare or by asking one of our staff to check on your behalf.
Dental services that are covered under CDBS for your child include:
- Examinations
- X-rays
- Cleaning
- Fissure seals
- Fillings
- Root canals
- Extractions
CDBS services CANNOT be used for any cosmetic or orthodontic work.
